Zali is the realization of a desire, thirty several years from the producing... in the kitchen area, in a home, in Beirut –a family that, similar to every other loved ones on the earth, was convinced that their mom’s cooking, was the ideal.

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from entire-time mom and grandmother to complete-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived the vast majority of her lifestyle in Lebanon. For so very long, she loved testing her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not depart her dwelling’s nest until eventually Zali supplied her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown joy and fervour for cooking are for you and the earth to taste!
